Elegant Winners!

With the brilliant (and bonkers) Bridport Hat Festival now over for another year (and didn’t the weather gods smile on us?) we’re delighted to reveal our ELEGANT ENSEMBLE Competition winners of 2026. They are:

LADY – Jessica Pitt, from Weymouth
GENT – Pascal Boulvais, from Brittany
COUPLE – Pat and Frank Annable, from Bournemouth

Congratulations!

The prizes were vouchers for T Snook, hatters, to the value of £125 each for the Lady and Gentleman and £250 for the Couple.

Held at Millennium Green, the competition was sponsored by our little emporium, T Snook, and compered by Snookette Sue. Judges were The Guvnor and his Good Lady, and further Snooks and Snookettes.

Marvellous musical accompaniment was provided by the Julie Lewis Jazz Quartet (also sponsored by us).

Many thanks to all the entrants, the outfits were all wonderful and it wasn’t an easy choice. Thanks, too, to those who watched and applauded!
