Ordering

We only sell in-store, not online, as we maintain that hats, especially, need to be fitted. However, if you know what you’d like and wish to make an enquiry or place an order, please telephone us during opening hours on 01308 458224 and we will be happy to assist.

We can post orders out (or send by courier, as appropriate), both within the UK and in most instances internationally. Payment is normally accepted by card (apart from Amex) over the phone, or by cheque (in pounds sterling). NB please do not send card details by email, post or online. We regret we are not able to accept online bank transfers. P&P/carriage will be added to the total as advised in advance of the transaction.

Please note that, for items which require fitting (see https://snooksthehatters.co.uk/sizes-and-measuring/) ordering is at your own risk (please read our returns policy) unless fitted and bought in-store.
