Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition, along with all labels and the receipt, within 28 days of the date of purchase, and we will refund you or provide a replacement, if possible.

If bought on credit or debit card, refunds must go back onto the card with which the purchase was made.

If posted, Snooks will not refund delivery charges and the cost of returning items to us is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If returning a posted item, please package it well and remember to write your return address on the outside of the package. Please enclose proof of purchase, your contact details including telephone number, your reason for return and whether you’d like a replacement (if possible), or a refund. Address the package clearly to:
